One very hot day in August 2006 on our very first trip to Turkey last year we decided
to take a look at the Seahorse Project that everyone on our complex was talking about.
We arrived at a site that looked surreal with huge concrete arches standing skeletal in
the sun. Gulsum and a couple English sales guys showed us around. We immediately
took to Gulsum with her impeccable English and a good knowledge of her job.

After we had scrambled over the site and across a non-sided bridge over a huge empty swimming pool we were introduced to Bora who is the architect, we were completely
bowled over with his excitement and enthusiasm over his project. He showed us the
finished plan and we could see exactly how it was going to shape up. We were so
impressed we decided to buy D6 a corner duplex in Arman Block there and then.

By that evening after we returned on our own and witnessed a most beautiful sunset
over the olive groves from what was to be our balcony we had decided to buy D4
Arman Block a second floor apartment as an investment.

We went home and followed the progress on the website which was updated every
month. In May of this year we went out again and WOW were we impressed never
ever would you buy anything as gorgeous as these apartments for that price in the UK
or I guess anywhere. Bora’s attention to detail is incredible, right down to the way the
sun is always on the pool whatever time of day and all apartments have balconies both sides to you can choose to sit in the sun or shade.

The area is superb very quiet with beautiful coves but a short bus ride away from the
hustle and bustle of Altinkum if you want it. In fact our solicitor was so impressed
he told us he wished he had one and in his opinion the Seahorse was the best site in
Didim and being built by a highly reputable national company so no nasty surprises as sometimes happen when buying from smaller builders who have not gained the necessary permissions to build. He said our investment should reap a good reward in not too many years.

We have since been out three more times it is fantastic we are now fully-fledged
members of the ’ Seahorse family’ and looking forward to many more great holidays.

The moment I saw the Seahorses development, I fell in love with it and I knew with the contemporary design and the fantastic location of this project it would be a winner.
I first saw the property in late 2006 whilst it was under construction during my holiday
in the area.

I was impressed with the construction and layout of the site. I then decided to buy the penthouse suite A5 in Lara block in February 2007 on a return trip. I was impressed with Bora (Chief Architect and designer for Seahorses) and his team with their professional approach and knowledge of what British buyers are looking for when they are purchasing a property abroad.

Without the help and guidance from the sales team buying a property abroad would not have been as easy as it was. I was amazed with Bora's attention to detail in every apartment and the superb quality of all the fixtures and fitting in them.

After looking around at other properties in the area, I have come to the conclusion that
the design and quality of the Seahorses is far superior than all the competitors.

I stayed in my apartment for the first time in October 2007 with my wife we were more
than happy with the purchase of the property.

We bought this property because as soon as we saw the outstanding design and
excellent finishing of both the building and the surroundings, plus the location,
there was nothing else around to touch it.

We know that there are cheaper properties around Altinkum but not anywhere like
