Payment Plan Options
Seahorse Residences were completed in June 2007
and are ready to move into now.
We have 3 different payment plan options as
follows;
1-
Initial £2000 GBP holding deposit at sales agreement stage,
if all
balance is paid within next 2 weeks, £1000 discount will be honored.
2- Initial £2000 holding deposit at sales agreement stage,
10% of purchase price (minus £2000 already paid) 2 weeks after sales
agreement
20% of purchase price 1 month after sales agreement
70% of
purchase price 2 months after sales agreement
3- Initial £2000
holding deposit at sales agreement stage,
10% of purchase price (minus
£2000 already paid) 2 weeks after sales agreement
20% of purchase price
1 month after sales agreement
20% of purchase price 2 months after sales
agreement
25% of purchase price 3 months after sales agreement
25% of
purchase price 4 months after sales agreement
In this option, £1500
interest payment of will be added to the property sales price
at sales agreement
stage.
