Building Licence ( Yapi Ruhsati )
After preparing your final architectural and construction design, you will need
to get permission from town council. If your design is not suitable or do
not comply with local regulations, you can not obtain a building licence until
you review your design and make it suitable as required. |

Habitation Certificate ( Yapi Kullanma Izin Belgesi )
When you complete your construction you need to apply town council to get habitation certificate. If your construction not exactly same as your original design, you wouldn't be able to get this permission until you change your construction suitable as shown in your original design. |

3.
Aegean Army Military Permission Document ( Ege Ordu Komutanligi Onay Belgesi )
Any foreigner purchasing a property in Turkey would need to get military clearance for his property. After getting this permission, title deed can be issued to your name. |
