Our group of companies and headquarters are located in Ankara. We have been operating since 1969 in all fields of the construction industry.

Our group has prospered in 38 years with this strength and acquired the capacity to run all the projects it undertook in both technical and economic fields from the outset to the end and to complete such projects.

Our Group of Companies

The first of our group of companies, Musa Tanrikulu Contracting Trade Co. started its business activities in 1969 in the construction sector. Benetti Design Architecture Interior Decoration and Construction Co. was established in 1994 in the construction sector. This company is a member of the Ankara Chamber of Commerce (ATO) MTY Construction Architecture and Trade Ltd. Co. was established in 1999 in the construction and commitment sector. Teknokob Trade Consulting Construction Co. was established in 2000 for furniture manufacturing and contracting businesses. In 2002, Life Cord Blood Bank Co. was established, which is the first Cord Blood and Stem Cell Bank in Turkey and launched stem cell banking activities.

• Japanese Anatolian Archeological Institute constructed upon the demand of Japanese Empire. • Construction of specialty buildings and decoration applications of the General Directorate of Security, Republic of Turkey. • Construction of 5 Star Hotel, construction of buildings and decoration applications for the Ministry of Tourism and for the private sector. • Decoration applications of the General Staff, Republic of Turkey. • Decoration applications of company building of German company.
