a feel of space
and tranquility. It is also close to quiet local bays with
hidden ancient ruins and the
new golf course which is to be situated in this
area.

Didim-Altinkum..
Excellent location and great development potential
The
area is specially designated for tourist development by the Turkish Government
Prices are lower than the more developed areas of Bodrum and Kusadasi. Extensive
improvements to the local infrastructure are already underway
There
are plans for a new golf course close by. This means demand for high quality
property in this area will be high.
Building
of a new marina for completion in 2009 has commenced and the marina
is only 15 minutes away from Seahorse Residences. " The new marina will transform
the future of this area and make Didim the number one destination on the Aegean
Coast " says Mumin Kamaci Mayor of Didim.
A
new ferry terminal linking the town to the Greek Islands is already in place,
and will
be ideal for those duty free trips.

area is easily accessible from both Bodrum and Izmir airports which are

by 22 UK airports.
