Didim

The ever-popular resort of Didim blends picture-book coves and perfect beaches with a bustling harbour where you can dine in style and shop 'till you drop in the colorful market. Dominating the town are stependous remains of The temple of Apollo, a master piece of Ionian architecture whose grand columns still stand 2000 years after they were erected.

Altinkum

With a name meaning " golden sand " Altinkum lies further north and is a beach lover's paradise. Here you can laze around by day, simply soaking up the abundant sunshine
and swimming in the beatiful waters. By night, Altinkum awakes and comes alive. You
will discover a great choice of friendly bars, welcoming restaurants and spectactular entertainment to suit all tastes.

Yesilkent

Yesilkent is upmarket part of Didim and about 5 minutes drive from hustle and bustle
of Altinkum. It has been chosen as recreational area by the government. The land in
this area is some of the most valuable in Didim region. Yesilkent has many older
stylish villas built on their own plots of land so the whole area has a feel of space
and tranquility. It is also close to quiet local bays with hidden ancient ruins and the
new golf course which is to be situated in this area.

Didim-Altinkum.. Excellent location and great development potential

The area is specially designated for tourist development by the Turkish Government
Prices are lower than the more developed areas of Bodrum and Kusadasi. Extensive improvements to the local infrastructure are already underway

There are plans for a new golf course close by. This means demand for high quality property in this area will be high.

Building of a new marina for completion in 2009 has commenced and the marina is only 15 minutes away from Seahorse Residences. " The new marina will transform the future of this area and make Didim the number one destination on the Aegean Coast " says Mumin Kamaci Mayor of Didim.

A new ferry terminal linking the town to the Greek Islands is already in place, and will be ideal for those duty free trips.

The area is easily accessible from both Bodrum and Izmir airports which are served  by 22 UK airports.

Property values are rising by approximately 15 - 20% each year. A 15% growth each year for the next 5 years would see your investment value double.
